Gerrit Cole delivered the goods in Game 1 against the Guardians, and Nestor Cortes coming off one of the best seasons in the majors will get the ball in Game 2.

That leaves Luis Severino for Game 3.

In 2018, Severino had a second straight top-10 finish in the American League Cy Young voting and was as good as just about any pitcher in the game.Now, he’s ready for his first playoff start in nearly three years.
