Utah Jazz guard Malik Beasley welcomed his second child with wife Montana Yao on Friday after the couple reconciled following his brief fling with Larsa Pippen.

Beasley and Yao welcomed a daughter, Mia Love Beasley, on Friday, according to separate posts on Instagram.

“11/11 and my wish came true 💫 Mia Love Beasley- 8lbs / 19inches,” Beasley wrote in his post, which included a photo of him holding his daughter on his chest.

A separate photo showed Beasley leaning over Yao’s hospital bed while she held their daughter.

On Saturday, Beasley shared a smiling photo with the newborn, along with the couple’s 3-year-old son Makai, writing, “this is life right here.”

The couple welcomed their second child together after their divorce case was dismissed in August, according to Us Weekly, which reported that it was “suspended” in July of 2021.

Beasley and Yao reportedly the knot in August of 2020. They nearly ended their marriage after the NBA player was photographed holding hands with Larsa Pippen — the ex-wife of Bulls legend Scottie Pippen — at a mall in Miami in November of 2020.

Yao filed for divorce that December, and later claimed through her attorneys that Beasley left “his family behind” amid his relationship with Pippen.

Pippen and Beasley split in April 2021, Us Weekly confirmed at the time.

The next month, Beasley took to Instagram in May to share a public apology to Yao, who he asked for forgiveness, adding that it was him who ended the relationship with Pippen.

At the time, Yao publicly accepted Beasley’s apology on Instagram, writing in part that she was praying that the family could move forward.

Larsa’s divorce from NBA legend Scottie Pippen was finalized in January, more than three years after they split.

Beasley, a first-round pick in the 2016 draft, was traded from Minnesota to Utah in July. He recorded 18 points, four rebounds and two assists in 105-98 loss to the Sixers on Sunday.
