Rutgers freshman phenom Dylan Harper is a special talent.
So says arguably the most special talent of all, LeBron James. To most, James is the most prolific scorer ever. To some he’s the greatest of all time. To Harper, he’s family.
“I mean, obviously I’ve been watching him for quite awhile,” James said recently. “He calls me ‘Unc,’ and I call him nephew. I love what he’s been doing at Rutgers, and I’ve been watching him for a long time now. A special kid, special talent.”
When it comes to basketball — or even athletic greatness — there are no seals of approval that could possibly carry more weight with a player, with the exception of Michael Jordan.
