NETS THINKING BIG
PHILADELPHIA – With the seventh pick in the draft, the Nets might have to think big, especially after the latest report on center/forward Jamie Feick.
Feick’s agent, Keith Glass, last night gave a discouraging report about the 6-8 Feick, who missed all but six games last season because of surgery on his left Achilles and ankle. Two seasons ago, Feick was the team’s leading rebounder.
“I’m pretty pessimistic about Jamie,” Glass said. “The way he’s feeling, he’s pretty down. I’m concerned because it doesn’t seem that the foot is responding.”
