Formula One driver Sergio Perez has apologized to his wife after he was apparently filmed dancing with other women.
Perez, who won the Monaco Grand Prix last month, apparently got close with ladies on what appeared to be a yacht, according to multiple reports. The 32-year-old addressed the situation in a social media message, stating he takes “responsibility for it.”
“I have seen the videos that have been circulating about me and I take responsibility for it,” Perez said, per the Daily Mail.

The Red Bull driver added in the message that he and his wife, Carola Martinez, “are more united than ever.”
“‘People close to me know my values and the type of person that I am,” he said. “For those who ask me, we are more united than ever, me and my wife.”

“Thank you all for your love and I apologize to all the people who love me because those videos don’t represent me, not at all,” he said.
“We will not talk about this topic anymore, which only makes us forget the great moment we are living as a family. Thank you.”
