St. John’s landed one of the top freshmen in the country in Tounde Yessoufou, who had tested the NBA draft waters but opted to remain in college. He averaged 17.8 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.6 assists for Baylor last year and had been projected as a potential first-round pick.
