It took until the last game of the never-ending bowl season for defending champion Tim Sullivan to edge Brian Lewis by one game to capture his second-straight college grid handicapping title.

Lewis, however, was a half-game better than Sullivan in the Best Bet standings, which Sullivan also won last year in his rookie season.
