PHOENIX — Mitchell Robinson handled the question like he always handles the question.
A bit of dismissal. A bit of sass.
“I tell you this every time, brother,” Robinson said Friday, getting to the point after some of his typical Mitch banter, “I let my agent handle that. That’s what you got an agent for. Let them do your s—.”
Still, Robinson’s non-extension, at the very least, is occupying a prominent seat in the background of his eighth season with the Knicks. Among the top seven in New York’s rotation, he’s the only player who is operating on an expiring contract.
