Here are The Post’s college football rankings following Week 5:

1. Ohio State (4-0) (Last week: 1)

Ohio State has allowed 22 points in four games. New defensive coordinator Matt Patricia has been one of the great offseason hires in the sport.

2. Oregon (5-0) (4)

The Ducks have won 23 straight regular-season games after their thrilling victory in double overtime at Penn State. Quarterback Dante Moore was impressive, rallying Oregon after it blew a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter.

3. Miami (4-0) (6)

Saturday’s showdown against Florida State lost some of its luster after the Seminoles lost at Virginia. It also makes Miami the clear team to beat in the ACC.
