It already was a bit of an indictment on Mike Brown that he couldn’t get the Cavaliers into the Finals, but when you look at Stan Van Gundy‘s work in the Finals, and you realize that Van Gundy outcoached Brown in the Eastern finals, that really brings it all into a sharper focus, doesn’t it?
