No, it was not Arch Manning. Redshirt freshman Julian Sayin was the other quarterback in the Texas-Ohio State megashowdown that kicked off the college football season. He also outplayed Manning. With major help from his defense, he led the defending champion and No. 3 Buckeyes to an impressive 14-7 victory in this Week 1 blockbuster.
