SYDNEY — Tiger Woods has signed up to play at the Australian Open in Sydney in November, making the former world number one a likely starter at the following week’s Presidents Cup. Golf Australia announced Woods would compete at The Lakes in Sydney on Nov. 10-13 against a field that already includes defending champion Geoff Ogilvy, Dustin Johnson, Bubba Watson and Presidents Cup captains Fred Couples and Greg Norman.
