Our legal system’s past three major sports rulings have chosen perfect-world ideologies over real-world realities. 

What did these courts think would happen after legalizing sports gambling? What did they think would happen after legalizing NIL payments to “college” recruits? What did they think would happen to women’s sports after allowing biological males to compete as females in the name of fair play? 

The only beneficiaries would be chaos, ruin, the intentionally stupid and the drooling greedy.
