Marissa Lawrence is “grateful to be surrounded” by the “amazing” Jaguars community in the wake of husband Trevor Lawrence’s ankle injury.

In a post shared Tuesday on her Instagram Stories, the wife of Jacksonville’s star quarterback highlighted a series of heartfelt messages the couple received after Lawrence, 24, went down with an ankle injury in Monday’s 34-31 overtime loss to the Bengals.

“Really overwhelmed by people’s kindness and love,” Marissa began. “Just wanted to share something positive and thank everyone truly for your prayers and support. Grateful to be surrounded by so many amazing people.”

Marissa, who has been married to Lawrence since April 2021, was in attendance for Monday’s primetime game at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville.

Lawrence exited the contest in the fourth quarter after offensive tackle Walker Little stepped on his ankle.

Little had been pushed back into Lawrence, who then dropped to the ground after attempting to get up and tossed his helmet in frustration.

Backup quarterback C.J. Beathard then entered the game, completing 9 of 10 passes for 63 yards.

Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson confirmed Tuesday that Lawrence has a high-ankle sprain.

“Everything is stable, looks good,” Pederson said of Lawrence, whom the Jaguars have not ruled out for Week 14 versus the Browns.

“We’ll see how he is in a couple of days.”

Lawrence, the first-overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, has not missed a game due to injury throughout his three-year career.

Through 12 games this season, Lawrence has thrown for 3,004 yards, 14 touchdowns and seven interceptions, while adding four rushing scores.

The Jaguars sit atop the AFC South at 8-4 and are the fourth seed in the conference’s playoff race.

Lawrence helped lead the Jaguars to the postseason last year, when they reached the divisional round before falling to the eventual Super Bowl champion Chiefs.

The Jaguars and Browns kick off at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday in Cleveland.
