Former Knicks head coach Jeff Van Gundy turned down a chance to interview for the Texas A&M head coaching job, according to a Houston Chronicle report.

Van Gundy, who is an NBA analyst for ABC/ESPN, last week hinted he could have interest in coaching the Lakers.

Murray State head coach Bill Kennedy will reportedly take the position at Texas A&M.
