Sounds like a rich man’s problems to a fan base that has seen three playoff games (1-2) in the past 13 seasons and absorbed the NFL’s second-most losses since 2017.

McCarthy sits No. 15 — one spot behind seemingly twice-as-desired candidate John Harbaugh — on the NFL’s all-time regular-season wins list (174-112-2) and is scheduled to interview in person with the Giants for the head coach vacancy Tuesday, after sitting out last season.

“He’s a player’s coach,” Giants defensive lineman Chauncey Golston, who spent four seasons under McCarthy in Dallas, told The Post. “You can feel genuine energy. He wasn’t one of those people who got out of who he was as a person. Some coaches think they need to be the rah-rah guy sometimes.
