Olivia Culpo wasn’t exactly pleased with Christian McCaffrey before their spring engagement.

When discussing her relationship with the 49ers running back — who popped the question in April after nearly four years of dating — the former Miss Universe winner, 31, said she was “getting so annoyed” with McCaffrey, 26, in the lead-up to the big moment.

“I tried to hint at what [ring] I wanted and he was just so uninterested,” Culpo said in a recent TikTok video with Amazon Live.

“He was doing it on purpose. I was getting so annoyed. Honestly, my feelings were getting hurt, but he just wanted it to be a surprise, so it was absolutely amazing.”

McCaffrey presented Culpo with a stunning oval-cut engagement ring with side stones designed by New York-based jeweler Ring Concierge.

The engagement took place on April 2.

Culpo and McCaffrey will celebrate four years of dating this summer before the NFL star enters his seventh season in the league and his second as a member of the 49ers.

McCaffrey was traded to San Francisco last fall after spending the first five-and-a-half seasons of his career with the Carolina Panthers.

As for Culpo, she is currently in France for the Cannes Film Festival.

On Tuesday, she was photographed on the red carpet at the “Asteroid City” premiere wearing a midnight blue silk cutout taffeta gown by Miss Sohee.

Expect Culpo to be supporting McCaffrey and the 49ers this season, much like she has done in the past.

The 49ers, who lost to the Eagles in January’s NFC Championship game, will host the Broncos in their first preseason matchup on August 19.
