TAMPA, Fla. – It’s been less than 24 hours since navy-and-white confetti dusted the Amalie Arena floor Sunday night. But college basketball is in the thick of its version of free agency.

Decision season is upon us.

Who will enter the transfer portal or move on to the next level? And who will stay put to tend to unfinished business?

The WNBA draft is in a week, and Paige Bueckers is expected to go No. 1 overall. Meanwhile, players who choose to stay in college have until April 23 to enter the portal if they choose to experience a change of scenery.
