Just a couple of blocks from the Ritz Carlton where the Pacers were dissecting film of Game 1’s epic Knicks choke job, Karl-Anthony Towns Square, aka 32nd St., was wide open.

No traffic. No congestion. Few pedestrians. No reason to stop my car from breezing through.

I didn’t drive a few blocks in the other direction toward Mikal Bridges Block on 25th St., but I’m envisioning it also being appropriately empty.

Easy commute through these Knicks streets after Game 1. No defense.
