In the end, John Cena didn’t cook, nor did he bury Cody Rhodes.

Instead, the Undisputed WWE champion more than held his own with Cena, landing a few haymakers of his own – even if Cena delivered the strongest punch on “Monday Night Raw” from London in potentially their final segment together before their main event match at WrestleMania 41.

And if you left the verbal jousting ready to call it a draw or thinking Cena had won, WWE made sure to try to tell you otherwise, even if by the end, Rhodes didn’t need any perceived protection.  

Nothing broke the fourth wall more than Cena making reference to Rhodes’ time in AEW and working for Tony Khan with the 16-time champion’s best zinger of the segment.
