Sign Up NowBut entering his third full season in the big leagues, the 26-year-old is trying to find a way to better balance his offense and defense, at least more consistently than he did last year.
Too often, Wells acknowledges, he will step into the batter’s box with his mind tied up, already thinking about his game plan for his pitcher in the next half-inning.
