Lisa Wilson isn’t afraid to put online trolls on blast.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Monday, the mother of Jets quarterback Zach Wilson shared a crude message she received from a critic as relationship drama allegedly involving her 22-year-old son unfolds.
Lisa, who has long been outspoken about the dangers of social media, was chastised by an Instagram user in a DM that read, “Who are you giving parenting advice to? You know you can just parent your kids without telling the world about it. Look at your f–ked up family.”

“OK sometimes we need a sacrificial lamb. Don’t be a d–k,” she wrote. “I’m not in the mood. Yes I often post d–k comments. I don’t believe in cyber bullying.”
Lisa, who has held her haters accountable in the past, then issued a “warning” in a separate post.

Lisa Wilson has over 106,000 followers on Instagram Instagram“So this isn’t like a threat or anything, it’s just kind of a warning,” Lisa began, according to Bro Bible. “See, I just believe if you’re willing to type something out and send it out into the universe, that there are sometimes repercussions.”
Lisa concluded her video by suggesting that users “maybe think before you type.”
“Think before you send something out,” she said. “You never know who may be reading it.”
Lisa’s message to trolls follows what’s been a dramatic few days for Wilson, who is gearing up for his sophomore season with the Jets.

Abbey Gile, Zach Wilson’s ex-girlfriend InstagramWilson’s ex, Abbey Gile, was recently linked to Washington Commanders wide receiver Dax Milne, according to the sports site uStadium. Milne was a teammate of Wilson’s at BYU.
Milne had posted a pair of photos on Instagram over the weekend that featured a woman, whose face was shielded in the snaps. He captioned the post, “Word on the street.”
Elsewhere, an Instagram account that featured Gile’s name in the handle accused Wilson of allegedly being involved with a friend of his mother’s, who was never identified. Gile’s account appears to have since been deleted.
Wilson and Gile dated for several years, with the latter even joining the quarterback at the 2021 NFL Draft, when he was selected second overall by the Jets. Wilson seemed to scrub Gile from his Instagram account earlier this year.
In recent weeks, Wilson has been linked to New Jersey-based influencer Nicolette Dellano, who attended a Yankees game with the quarterback in June.
As of Tuesday, Wilson does not appear to have addressed the controversy.
