SARATOGA SPRINGS – Today’s first race, a steeplechase, has been cancelled because of the soggy condition of the turf courses, which forced the other three grass races on the Saratoga card to be switched to the main track.

As a result, first post for today, which begins with the second race, will be 1:35 p.m.

The steeplechase has been rescheduled for next Wednesday.
