This turned out to be the Volunteer victory vomit.
Tennessee offensive tackle Jeremiah Crawford seemed completely unfazed as he casually puked in the huddle as his team was driving to tie Alabama in the fourth quarter on Saturday. The 6-foot-5, 315-pound Crawford quickly nodded toward the Alabama defense, as if it was a warning.
The No. 6 Volunteers ended up tying the game on that drive and won with a last-second Chase McGrath field goal, 52-49, to hand No. 3 Alabama its first loss of the season (6-1). Tennessee improved to 6-0 as their fans stormed the field and made off with the goal posts.
“This is college football at its absolute best,” Tennessee head coach Josh Heupel said after the game. “We were the best team on the field tonight. That’s all we can control.”
Tennessee was up by as many as 18 points in the second quarter before the Crimson Tide tied the game 28-28 early in the third quarter. Alabama took a one-point lead late in the third and a seven-point lead in the middle of the fourth.
Crawford, 23, retweeted several reactions to his vomiting and commented himself.

Crawford is in his second season with Tennessee after beginning his collegiate career at Butler Community College in Kansas.
