For Serena Williams, the superhero suit wasn’t anything new. The tennis great made headlines back in the spring when she hit the court at the French Open wearing a futuristic, skintight onesie, prompting organizers to announce stricter dress codes last week. But tournament bigwigs shouldn’t have been surprised by Williams’ get-up: The 36-year-old tennis great has been happily busting style conventions throughout her entire career.

At least the fashion world gets it. Williams recently teamed up with Nike and Louis Vuitton menswear designer Virgil Abloh to create a limited-edition capsule collection, which is set to launch in the next couple of weeks.

Fittingly called Queen, the line features ballerina-inspired tennis dresses, glittery sneakers and jackets, priced at $130 to $900.

For Williams, it’s just the latest sartorial win in a string of style victories. Here, we look back at her most iconic game-day ensembles:
