Well, it certainly wasn’t graceful.

A video from Tennis Channel shows New Zealand’s Rubin Staham charge to the net against South Korea’s No. 25 Hyeon Chung and make a belly-flop dive to steal the point.

Staham, ranked No. 360 in the world, later scored the biggest upset of his career by downing Chung, last year’s Australian Open semifinalist.

The ungraceful maneuver transpired during their 2nd round encounter at the ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand, a warm-up tournament for the Australian Open.

Tennis’s first slam of the year begins January 14.
