Miley Cyrus at No. 1 is not the most controversial choice in Maxim’s hot-100 list.

Coming in at No. 69 is Lennay Kekua or as the magazine dubbed her “Manti Te’o fake girlfriend” below a photo of a bikini sans a body. The Notre Dame linebacker, who was drafted by the Chargers last month, has received tons of ridicule and mocking for having an on-line relationship with Kekua until she “died” late last year.

It turns out Te’o was the butt of an elaborate prank by Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, who used a photo of high school classmate Diane O’ Meara (below) to lure him into the months-long relationship.
