Texas outfielder Corey Kahn may have just made the catch of the tournament at the Little League World Series.

Kahn, 12, went all the way back to the left field wall to rob Pennsylvania’s Braden Hatch of a home run — losing his hat in the process — and preserved a 4-3 lead in the bottom of the third inning on Wednesday night.

Teammates, fans and the play-by-play crew were left in awe of the grab.

“Oh my goodness, how did he hold on to that?” ESPN’s Karl Ravech said on the broadcast.

For Kahn, it was just one highlight on a busy afternoon — he also threw three innings of one-run ball and caught for a frame in the 8-4 win.

Texas, representing the Southwest Region, will face tournament favorite Tennessee on Thursday.
