The Nets have become too bad for TV.

The YES Network will not be airing three Nets games next week because of conflicts with the Yankees. In past years, YES would find a place to air the games, namely MY9. But, a 9-64 start to the season has not made them too appetizing to other networks.

“Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a home for these three games this season,” a YES Network representative said.

The three matchups not making it to television are Sunday against the Wizards, Wednesday against the Bucks and Friday against the Bulls. The Yankees open the season on Sunday night versus the Red Sox.

The only drama left for the Nets is whether they can avoid tying the 1972-’73 76ers for the worst record in the history of the NBA. The Nets matched Philadelphia’s nine wins with a victory over the Pistons on Friday, but still need one more to keep the team out of the record books.

Sunday’s game can be heard on WFAN 660, while the Wednesday and Friday matchups will be on WBBR 1130 AM.
