In Tulsa, Okla., Douglas Davis hit a jumper in the lane with 14 seconds left in double overtime to give Princeton the lead and the Tigers held on.

Kareem Maddox scored a season-high 31 points, including two free throws with 1 second left, for the Tigers (7-3), who won their fifth straight.

West Virginia 64, Duquesne 61

IJonnie West, the son of former NBA star Jerry West, led West Virginia’s comeback from a 12-point deficit, putting the visiting Mountaineers (7-2) ahead to stay by making two free throws with 3:04 remaining and scoring all 10 of his points in the second half.

Temple 82, Akron 47

In Philadelphia, Micheal Eric scored 16 points to lead Temple (7-2) to its fourth consecutive victory.
