Retired trainer Walter Kelley, a longtime regular on the New York circuit, died yesterday in Coral Gables, Fla., at age 93.

Top horses trained by Kelley in a career that spanned six decades included Blue Swords, Prince John, Belle’s Gold, Ziggy’s Boy and John’s Treasure.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
