Loreal Sarkisian, the wife of Texas Longhorns head coach Steve Sarkisian, shared an important update on her health after receiving imaging results from a Nov. 24 doctor’s appointment.

In a YouTube video published Monday entitled “A Week in My Life,” the wardrobe stylist explained that doctors discovered several cysts within her breasts, but they’re not cancerous.

“Very good news. Nothing’s wrong. However, I do have cysts,” Loreal, 40, said. “Some a little bigger than others within my breasts. They’re just fluid-filled cysts.

“As long as they’re not hurting me, there is nothing to do at the moment, but if they start hurting, they do not have to go in surgically to remove any of them. They would use a needle to drain them. So I’m hopeful that that is not the case. I can only feel two of them, and there are several within both breasts that you can only capture on the imaging.”

Loreal, who welcomed a son with Sarkisian earlier this year, explained that she feels good after speaking with her doctor.

“So I have really dense tissue from being so thin and muscular, I guess – and so you can’t really see and feel to the degree that you would if you had more fat on you. But nonetheless, [the doctor] said I was fine, I didn’t need to worry,” she continued. “… They’re not cancerous or anything like that, so we’re good.”

Loreal also documented herself getting ready for the Longhorns’ eventual 27-17 win over Texas A&M on Nov. 28.

The former collegiate track star was seen cheering in a suite at Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin.

The video ends with Loreal and Sarkisian, who tied the knot in 2020, celebrating the Longhorns’ victory on the field.

She announced the birth of their first child in April.

Loreal and Sarkisian briefly split in the summer of 2024, according to People.

Sarkisian shares two daughters and a son — Taylor, Ashley and Brady — with his ex-wife, Stephanie. They divorced in 2016.
