Will Zalatoris didn’t let his near Masters miss ruin his sense of humor.

Zalatoris responded to Adam Sandler on Sunday afternoon after the actor tweeted a side-by-side photo of the golfer and the caddie character from “Happy Gilmore.”

In his first Masters, the 24-year-old Zalatoris finished in second place, one shot behind Hideki Matsuyama.

The character in “Happy Gilmore,” played by Jared Van Snellenberg, was Gilmore’s caddie in the Waterbury Open before being replaced by a homeless window washer for the remainder of the movie.
