Nyara Sabally won’t be leaving the Liberty this month after all. 

The German center has withdrawn from EuroBasket as she looks to prioritize her health and long-term goals, the German National Team announced Wednesday. 

Sabally, 25, said in a statement, translated from German to English, this was a “difficult decision” and she was “disappointed” she couldn’t represent her native country like she planned. 

“It is not easy for me,” Sabally said. “But given the rehabilitation for my knee, the intensive EuroBasket schedule and the tight WNBA calendar, I have to prioritize my health with a view to my long-term goals with the national team. I wish everyone who competes for Germany at EuroBasket much success.” 

Sabally missed six consecutive WNBA games with a knee issue. She returned to the court for Tuesday’s 85-66 win over the Chicago Sky, recording a season-high nine points on 4-for-4 shooting in 15 minutes of action.

It was her first career start after she replaced an injured Jonquel Jones in the starting lineup. 

The Liberty entered this season prepared to lose as many as three players to this month’s EuroBasket tournament.

However, Sabally is the second Liberty player to announce her decision to sit out the international tournament, following French native Marine Johannès. 

Forward Leonie Fiebich left the Liberty on Wednesday to join the German National Team, The Post has learned. She’s expected to be gone for the entire tournament, which runs June 18-29. 

Fiebich’s departure leaves a hole in the starting lineup, which the Liberty could look to Kennedy Burke to fill. Fiebich is an elite defender and a reliable scorer.

She’s averaging 6.7 points and 3.8 rebounds through the first nine games while shooting 48 percent from deep.
