Call of Duty, Battlefield, Gears of War…Goldeneye?!?

Yes, it’s true.

This fall, Activision will be re-releasing one of the most beloved first-person shooters of all-time in “Goldeneye 007: Reloaded” for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

“We are beyond ecstatic to debut GoldenEye 007: Reloaded to the millions of fans who have been clamoring for it to arrive on Sony and Microsoft home consoles,” said David Oxford, Executive Vice President at Activision Publishing.

Activision re-released a version of Goldeneye last fall for the Nintendo Wii, with revamped graphics and new motion-sensitive controls. Now Xbox and PS3 owners will be getting the same treatment.

According to the press release, the latest version of the classic Bond adventure will be presented in HD and at 60 FPS and will feature motion controls for the PlayStation Move.

“With full PlayStation Move functionality, 007 fans all around the world can play the game in full HD in more ways than ever before,” Oxford said.

In addition to the standard campaign and multiplayer, “Goldeneye 007: Reloaded” will feature an all-new “Mi6 Ops Missions.” These will be new, distinct levels separate from the campaign that will challenge players to complete different Assault, Elimination, Stealth and Defense objectives.

“Goldeneye 007: Reloaded” will his stores this fall.
