Wednesday night’s a good one for NYC comics aficionados.

Indie cartoonist extraordinaire Bob Fingerman and TV’s Frank (Conniff, from cult fave Mystery Science Theater 3000) will launch Fingerman’s solo exhibit at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art gallery at the Society of Illustrators. The “lecture” – more likely a hilarious back-and-forth given the characters involved — will be followed by a reception and book signing. The event will run from 6:30 to 9 p.m., June 10. Tickets are $15 for non-Mmembers, but only $10 SI members and $7 students/seniors.
