Google’s Gmail servers appeared to experience scattered outages on Saturday, according to individual users around the world.

“Gmail is down, you’re not going mad,” one frustrated person wrote on Twitter.

“Gmail is down. You can see your account but emails aren’t received,” added another.

Hundreds of similar tweets have percolated on the social network, complaining about the outage.

Reps for Google did not respond to request for comment about the cause of the outage or when they expected things to be back running smoothly.
