Video game publisher Rockstar Games on Tuesday officially announced “Grand Theft Auto V.”

No details about the game have been released yet. Rockstar’s official website lists a date of Nov. 2 for the premiere of the game’s first trailer.

The often-controversial “Grand Theft Auto” series has sold more than 124 million games. The last numbered sequel, 2008’s “Grand Theft Auto IV,” has sold more than 22 million copies.
