Sonos is going public.

The high-end speaker company filed paperwork for an S-1 on Friday. It set a placeholder amount of $100 million, but did not specify an offering price or size of the offering.

Bloomberg reported that Sonos is seeking a valuation of $2.5 billion to $3 billion. The company will be listed on Nasdaq with the ticker symbol “SONO.”
