Additionally, Activision is making a wireless controller – based on Gibson’s Les Paul and Kramer models – for each platform the game’s available on (that’d be PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii). New features include multiplayer action-inspired battle mode, grueling boss battles (!) and authentic rock venues. There’s also going to be expanded online multi-player game modes.

Your palms are getting sweaty just thinking about it, aren’t they? Too bad the game’s not out until the fall.
