Sorry folks, Nintendo isn’t joining in on the whole humanitarian, feel-good-for-donating-to-a-just-cause parade that Apple, Gap, Motorola, Amex and Converse are already on.
Proceeds from their new crimson and onyx Nintendo DS Lite aren’t going to benefit (Product) RED. In this case, they’re calling a spade a spade: it’s just a new color way.
Sure, you’ll be paying more for the red DS – $149.99 versus $129.99 – but it’s being packaged with a copy of “Brain Age 2: More Training in Minutes A Day.” It hits stores on Aug. 20. Go out and get one.
