This show was the bomb, go get a copy pronto.

you should check it out anyway.

What better way to finally update the blog than with a post that is entirely un-video game related? Ha ha ha? Anyway.

After years and years of waiting (and I know I am not the only one out there who was waiting), the powers that be finally put the entire season of Fox’s “Fastlane” on DVD. For those of you that have hazy memories of the good ol’ days of TV, before everything became a clone of itself, “Fastlane” (2003) was McG’s first TV series fresh off his “Charlie’s Angels” success. (Afterwards, he did The WB/CW’s “The Mountain” and “Supernatural,” Fox’s “The O.C.” and NBC’s “Chuck.”)

Starring Peter Facinelli, MTV’s Bill Bellamy and Tiffani (Amber) Thiessen, the series was all about fast cars, foxy girls, crazy criminals and ridiculous situations. All spliced together with quick cuts, awesome tunes and some great lines. There’s even a point when Bellamy line dances and he and Facinelli play DDR, arcade-style. Trust me, you haven’t seen anything like it.

Go out and get yourself a copy of the DVD set because this show was really a hell of a lot of fun.
