This whole “Mass Effect”/Fox News thing should be a case study in why you shouldn’t mess with the gaming community.

Anyway, the latest update on it (for those who care) is that a Fox News spokesperson has said that they invited someone from EA to talk about the offending segment on “Live Desk with Martha MacCallum” and apparently haven’t gotten any response.

Dun dun dun.

Can you blame EA though? What could they possibly talk about? “None of the claims made by your ‘experts’ – except the dude from GameTrailers – were true.” That’d take about five seconds. There’s no way you can spin that out into a full news segment.
