Because the Force is, like, totally with you, you should check out this “Wii Light Sword” that Gizmodo (via Nintendo Wii Fanboy) posted.

It’s not a Lucasfilm branded item, so they can’t call it what it is – which would be a lightsabre. Slide your Wii Remote into the handle, hit the ON button and you’ve got yourself a “Light Sword” with a “power up and down effect” that’s “done gradually until the light sword is at its full length” (through 22 LEDs and three AA batteries).

Ahem-hem. Yes.

The “Light Sword” will run you about $31 and is actually being sold by a UK company, which doesn’t seem to ship across the pond. So, if you really really really want one, you might have to dial up your long-lost, distant European cousin and ask ’em to order it for you when it’s available on Nov. 30. In the meantime, lookey lookey right here, you nerd!
