Silicon Valley billionaire Shervin Pishevar, slammed by a half-dozen sexual misconduct allegations, has resigned from his venture capital firm.

Pishevar, an early Uber backer, will no longer be a part of Sherpa Capital as he looks to pursue lawsuits against those he says are trying to defame him, he said in a statement.

“I refuse to allow my enemies to drag my Sherpa family into their fight with me,” Pishevar said. “That is why I have decided on my own accord to end my association with Sherpa Capital, effective immediately.”

Pishevar’s resignation comes a week after Boston entrepreneur Laura Fitton accused him of forcibly kissing her at a charity event in 2011.

Fitton is the sixth woman to accuse Pishevar of sexual misconduct — and is the first to allow her name to be made public. Pishevar “grabbed [her] and aggressively deep kissed [her]” while the pair were in an elevator, Fitton said. She was only able to escape after she “pushed him away by both shoulders, said ‘no’ and ‘stop.’”

Fitton told Axios that she returned to his hotel room to eat a meal, and that Pishevar “asked for quite a bit more than kissing,” but stopped when she agreed to allow him to hold her, fully clothed, on the bed.

Earlier this month, Bloomberg reported that five women accused Pishevar of regularly using his position of power in Silicon Valley to make unwanted sexual advances and using “the prospect of a job, mentorship or investment” as leverage.

Last month, The Post reported that Pishevar was arrested by London cops on suspicion of rape in the penthouse suite of a swanky hotel. No charges were filed in that case.

Last Tuesday, the embattled Pishevar announced he was taking a “leave of absence” from his hedge fund and Virgin Hyperloop.
