The co-founder and CEO of ad tech platform Vungle has been arrested on charges that include child abuse, lewd act upon a child and battering an officer, according to various reports.

Zain Jaffer was quickly placed on indefinite leave, according to Gizmodo, which was first to report on the arrest.

Jaffer was being held on the charges related to his two young kids, said Gizmodo, which quoted San Mateo County, Calif., police.

Jaffer, 29, was arrested at his home in the upscale Hillsborough community after his father called the police, suspecting his son was high on LSD, Ad Age reported, citing the police.
