Tinder has created the dating-app version of a red velvet rope to separate its more desirable users.

According to TechCrunch, the app has reportedly launched an exclusive tier called Tinder Select, which a user described as for “celebrities and people who do really well on [regular] Tinder.”

The new feature is similar to other selective dating apps such as The League and Raya, where applicants are accepted based on criteria such as their Instagram following or alma mater. Tinder Select reportedly is intended to cater to models, CEOs and “hyper-attractive/upwardly affluent types.”

The secret, members-only version of Tinder has been around for nearly six months, according to Tech Crunch.

For those looking to gain access, you’ll either need to wait for an invite or you can get nominated by certain Tinder Select users.
