Bizarre numerology aside, the classic card game Uno is celebrating its 40th anniversary of existence this year on, yep, 1/11/11.

The game itself is ridiculously popular in analog life. And digitally it’s been a top-seller, both on the iPhone and Xbox Live Arcade (it is, in fact, the top-downloaded game).

The classic game in stores will retail for $1, while it’s iPhone app version is also being discounted from the usual $4.99 price to $1 as well.
