A 10-year-old girl was killed in a drive-by shooting in New Jersey on the Fourth of July, a report said.
The girl was at a home in the city of Vineland when she was struck by a bullet fired by an unknown shooter just after 11 p.m., authorities told WPVI.
She was taken to Inspira Medical Center-Vineland, where she died from her injuries.
It was not immediately clear who the shooter intended to shoot when they opened fire.
Police are seeking home surveillance footage to help in their investigation.
