At least six people were injured, some critically, in a stabbing at a Washington state high school on Thursday, according to authorities and local reports.

Emergency responders rushed to Foss High School in Tacoma just before 1:40 p.m. after reports of a possible stabbing, the Tacoma Fire Department said.

Six people — five students and a security guard — were injured in the attack, including the suspect, Fox13 Seattle reported.

Five were rushed to the hospital, including four in serious condition, fire department officials told The Post. By Thursday evening, all four critical patients had stabilized, the officials said.

The suspect, a student at the school who suffered injuries in the melee, is in custody, MyNorthwest reported.

Two freshmen at Foss High School told the local Fox affiliate that the stabbing appeared to have stemmed from a fight over a stolen vape pen.

“This one guy, he took somebody’s vape pen. And they didn’t like that, so they were going to jump him, or they did, I think,” one student said after they were evacuated from campus.

“And he had a knife, and he shanked four kids and one adult,” she added. “It’s ghetto. Why are we stealing from people? And especially carrying a weapon to school?”

It hasn’t yet been confirmed if everyone injured was stabbed or possibly hurt when fleeing.

“In class, we hear, ‘This is a lockdown,’ and everybody’s like, ‘What is going on?’ and all of a sudden, I see the video airdropped to my friend’s phone, and we see the whole video happen of the fight,” another freshman student recalled.

“It was just so crazy. It was so bad. There was blood everywhere.”

Investigators have not released a motive for the stabbing.

The Tacoma Police Department did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.
